the bandana is there for a few things. first off it helps a bit for resting your knee on your bar while riding long distances. it also ats as a silencer for the gyro brake cables hitting your bars while riding and making that annoying clank sound. and they can be used if you totally mirk something on your body and you need a really big bandage. so thats why i always carry one on my bars.
